CampaignRetryInput
Retries of a Campaign (1.65.0; section 3.4), counting attempts that reached ringing: max_attempts (3 by default, at most 10), min_interval (PT4H) and max_attempts_per_day (2 a local day); attempts that never rang retry with backoff, and all attempts are capped at twice max_attempts.
