CampaignWindowInput
The calling windows of a Campaign in the Contact's local time (1.65.0; section 3.2): a weekly schedule inside the platform bound of 08:00 to 21:00 (targets; verify with counsel), blackout dates, and what a Contact with no resolvable zone gets: refuse, the default (ineligible with timezone_unknown), or a named IANA zone. No attempt starts within 10 minutes of a close.
