ConnectionAuthStrategy

How a Connection authenticates (1.60.0): a ConnectorAuthStrategy of its Connector's manifest, or for an MCP server oauth2_pkce (its oauth), bearer_token (a static token, write-only) or none, which PHI mode refuses (mcp-client.md section 2).
