ConsentChannel

The channel a consent record governs (1.61.0): voice (Calls), sms, whatsapp, email and app_push (messages), each keyed by an address, and memory, caller memory, keyed by a Contact. app_push is reserved with app Calls and refused with capability_not_available (consent_channel_not_available).
