How a Call or a lookup found its Contact (1.61.0; contacts-and-caller-memory.md section 3.2): none (no identity matched, or caller ID was withheld), matched (exactly one Contact holds the claimed identity), ambiguous (several share it; the candidates stay in the Session, never in the model's context), asserted (the customer's backend named it at POST /v1/calls) and created (auto-created by an inbound Call, off by default).
