The context note of a transfer (1.50.0, FR-telephony-6): written, stored with the transfer and readable through GET /v1/calls/{call_id}/transfers/{transfer_id}; failed, the model gave none within the deadline and the transfer went ahead without it (a caller is never held for the note); skipped, no note was asked for or the transfer was refused first.
