The lane a cost line is spent in (1.57.0): speaker, the Agent that speaks; observer; decision, the decision lane; retrieval; evaluation; analysis, the post-call analyses; delegation (P2). Lanes are added in later minor versions, so a reader treats an unknown one as a lane it does not interpret.
