The status of a verdict (1.58.0; decision-models.md sections 4 and 5): ready, in time for every consumer; late, a routing verdict that missed wait_ms, applied by the abort rule, which still carries its answers when it lands (1.59.0 states it); unavailable, no Provider answered by deadline_ms, which carries no answer and still raises decision.verdict, so an evaluate state takes its default (1.59.0 states it); cancelled, a newer final in the Turn restarted the request; skipped, no question set for the state, or a PHI rule withheld the request.
