DialPolicy
What outbound phone Calls the Organization may place (1.22.0, FR-telephony-5). Every Organization starts with DEFAULT_DIAL_POLICY: no country, so no outbound Call until the owner lists one, premium-rate ranges refused, and one outbound Call at a time.
An object with 3 fields.
Fields
| Field | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
allowed_countries | array of CountryCode | yes | The countries outbound Calls may reach (1.22.0), matched against the country of the destination number as the api's numbering plan resolves it, so a +1 number of a Caribbean country is not US. Empty means no outbound Call is allowed. A destination outside the list is refused with the reason country_not_allowed. Each code appears once. |
block_premium_rate | boolean | yes | Whether a destination in a premium-rate or special-service range of its country is refused with the reason premium_rate, whatever the country list says (1.22.0). True by default; turning it off widens the policy. |
max_concurrent_outbound | integer | yes | How many outbound phone Calls of the Organization may be open at once, counting every outbound Call that has not ended (1.22.0). 1 by default, the Phase 0 cap of workspace ADR 0070; a start beyond it is refused with the reason outbound_cap_reached. The Organization's concurrent Call limit still applies on top. |
