Where the disclosure is spoken (1.24.0): before_greeting as its own utterance before the greeting, prefix_greeting as the first part of the greeting's utterance. Either way it is the first thing the Agent says after the recording announcement, which from 1.32.0 a recorded Call speaks first as its own utterance whatever the placement, and with the greeting mode caller_first it precedes the Agent's first reply.
