How an event type is delivered (1.52.0, ADR 0051 rule 1). record: a change to a resource, one outbox row written in the transaction of the change, delivered at least once by Webhooks, the Organization event stream and the event log. trace: a step inside a Call, live on the per-Call events channel at most once and stored as a Call event at finalize; its only durable delivery is the call.trace.ready record of its Call, which a filter narrows with trace_types.
