EventFilterCreateRequest
Creates an event filter (1.52.0); an omitted field is empty. A filter with every field empty is refused with event_filter_empty, a value named twice with event_filter_value_repeated, and an Agent or Phone number that is not the Organization's is kept, matching nothing, as the document says.
