What the retrieval-quality gate said of a version (1.53.0; knowledge-bases.md section 10): passed; failed (only an automatic publish publishes such a version, inactive); advisory (the corpus holds fewer than 20 queries, a target, so the Evaluation informs and does not gate); not_run (the corpus held no query, so no Evaluation ran). An Evaluation answers the first three.
