LatencyStage

A measured interval of latency analytics (1.57.0, section 5.1): the four worker stages, voice-to-voice internal and, where an external measurement exists, transport and voice-to-voice external, the leading silence, the time to the greeting, the retrieval wait, the Tool time, the barge-in stop and the decision wait (none until the decision lane is built). Stages are added in later minor versions, so a reader treats an unknown one as a stage it does not interpret.
