MachineInput
The Agent's statechart (1.58.0, FR-agents-12; ADR 0038): its regions, exactly one speaker, its machine-wide limits and its on_limit state. The model proposes moves through the control tools and guards accept or refuse them. Checked at create, draft update and publish (StatechartIssueCode) and frozen with the Agent version; absent, the Agent runs one implicit state.
