OrganizationUpdateRequest
Changes the name, the Call duration ceiling (1.21.0), the dial policy (1.22.0), the transfer allowlist (1.50.0) or the opt-in to production decision cases (1.59.0) of the Organization at the revision If-Match names; the revision advances by one. The slug and the status are not changed here: a Vocal operator sets the status through a command.

Removing a key that a published Agent version names is allowed: a transfer to it is then refused with destination_not_allowed, and the next publish of that Agent refuses the key.
