OutcomeFieldType
The type of an Outcome field (1.56.0): string, free text; number; bool; enum, one of the field's values; date, an ISO 8601 calendar date such as 2026-10-21. Only string is free text: in PHI mode publish refuses a string field marked phi: false (outcome_phi_free_text).
