Where an Outcome stands (1.56.0): complete, every field present; partial, some field absent or below its confidence floor; failed, the extraction missed its deadline or every Provider failed; pending, an outcomes analysis retries a failed extraction over the stored transcript, and call.outcomes.ready waits for it; skipped, the Call ended before any caller Turn.
