PhoneNumberUpdateRequest
Replaces the routing of the Phone number at the revision If-Match names; the revision advances by one (1.22.0, FR-telephony-2). A Call in progress keeps the version it was admitted with, and the next inbound Call runs the new routing. Only the routing changes here: the number, its status, its capabilities and its trunk are an operator's.
