PinnedPrompt
The prompt as an Agent version froze it at publish (1.55.0): the template version it pins, the base it tracks or the one it pinned, the Organization layer it names and the warnings the publisher acknowledged. A later change of the template reaches Calls only through a new Agent version; the Organization layer's active version is resolved at dispatch.
