A switch resolved per Call at admission: diagnostics capture (still refused outside local and ci), trace detail, a log level hint, and feature switches the worker honours per Session. features.provider_failover (1.10.0) lets the worker wrap a stage whose chain has more than one entry in a fallback adapter; off, it runs the first entry alone. diagnostics.audio_envelope (1.13.0, default on) lets the worker compute and send the per-speaker audio envelope of the trace; off, it computes none. features.recording (1.15.0, default on) lets the api start Call recordings; off, no Call is recorded whatever the recording.preference setting says.
