RecordingSettings

The recording announcement (1.32.0, workspace ADR 0082): one line of at most 300 characters in the Agent's language, set at the Organization or the Agent layer, or as a platform settings entry, and never per Call. Whenever the Call is recorded the Session speaks it first, as its own utterance, immediately before the AI disclosure; no switch turns it off while the Call is recorded. Like the disclosure script it is a template over Organization constants only, {{org.display_name}}, and any other tag is refused with template_invalid (recordingAnnouncementIssues); the api renders it at admission (renderOrgTemplate) and refuses a render over 300 characters rather than shorten it. Omitted at every layer, the language pack's line, which holds no tag. It is protected from interruption, written by no model and passed through no before_speak; a required announcement that cannot be spoken ends the Call recording_announcement_failed.
