`pending: the Call is recorded but the audio is not uploaded yet; available: the audio can be played; failed: the Call was recorded and the upload did not complete; expired(1.32.0, workspace ADR 0082, decision 8): the bucket's lifecycle rule deleted the audio at the end of the recording expiry, as the api's daily reconciliation or a read that found the object missing recorded. The row stays, and the audio route answers 409recording_not_availablefor every status butavailable`. Values are added in later minor versions.
