StatechartGuard

A guard: a ZEN expression over the guard context (event, slots, variables, state, decision, agent, counters, call, time). It is checked at publish and must return a boolean; otherwise publish fails with statechart_invalid_guard. A guard that errors or returns a non-boolean at run time blocks its transition. Never shown to the model.
