TracePayloadItem
The payload of one Tool invocation (1.57.0), the class tool_payloads: joined at read time from the Call events, never copied into a mark. From 1.59.0 the rule for an invocation outside every Turn, in the setup or end segment: it has no Turn to name, so no item answers its payload, and the trace counts it in tool_payloads_outside_turns; its tools lane marks still name the invocation.
