VadOnlyReplySettingsInput
Short replies without words. A sound such as "hmm" gives speech recognition no words, so the caller's answer would be lost. With this setting, after the Agent asks a question, a sound the caller makes that lasts from min_ms to max_ms and yields no words counts as a reply: ask_again has the Agent repeat or rephrase the question, assent takes it as a yes, and off ignores it. Defaults: ask_again, 150 to 600 ms (targets).
