What the vendor account can serve at the reading (1.40.0): active, the account serves requests; exhausted, the allowance of the period is used up, so the key authenticates and the vendor refuses work until the period ends or the plan changes; suspended, the vendor has stopped the account (billing or policy); unknown, the vendor gave no status the api can map. Values are added in later minor versions.
