VendorPriceAddRequest
Adds one key's vendor price row (1.38.0), one row per unit in one transaction, with the Audit event platform.price.add. Refused with validation_failed and the issues price_not_positive, price_effective_in_past, price_above_ceiling or price_not_replaceable, or provider_not_allowed with the reason stage_not_served.
