WebhookSecret

A subscription's signing secret (1.63.0): whsec_ and the base64url form, without padding, of 32 random bytes. Shown in the answer of the creation or rotation that made it, and from 1.64.0 again to a repeat of that request under the same Idempotency-Key while it is current, an audited secret read; never logged; it keys the HMAC-SHA256 of Vocal-Signature.
