Archives the Workflow at the revision If-Match names and answers it with archived_at set (1.59.0). Nothing is deleted: the versions Agent versions pin keep running, and the Workflow can still be read; a later write, publish or activation is refused with workflow_archived, and an Agent draft may no longer name it.

Set VOCAL_API to the base URL of your API and VOCAL_API_KEY to an API key with the workflows:write scope (Authentication and keys). Replace each placeholder, such as agt_... or <name>, with your own value.
