Cancels a Campaign that has not ended and answers 202 with it cancelling (1.65.0; sections 3.8 and 11): admission refuses its Calls at once, live Calls finish, and a campaign.cancel job stops its contact instances in batches of 500 (a target) before it ends cancelled. A cancelling one is answered as it stands; one that ended is campaign_conflict (ended).
