Queues an mcp_server.refresh job, a listing of the registration through every page by the integrations service, and answers 202 with it and its Location (1.60.0). A listing that finds a pinned tool changed sets drift_pending and writes mcp.tool_schema_changed. A disabled registration is validation_failed with mcp_server_disabled.
