VendorPrice

One vendor list price row (1.38.0): a Provider, stage, model and unit with its price, the instant it takes effect, its derived end and state, its source and who entered it. A list price, never a bill. Rows are insert-only: a wrong figure is corrected by a later row, and the wrong one stays in the history.
