Adapt the short wait to the caller's pauses (an exponential moving average) instead of a fixed wait.

Whether an acknowledgement the caller begins within after_question_window_ms after a reply that asked a question becomes the caller's Turn instead of being held: false turns the rule off entirely, as a window of 0 does, and true when omitted.

Acknowledgement phrases that the caller begins at most this many milliseconds after the end of a reply that asked a question become the caller's Turn instead of being held. 0 to 5,000; 1,500 when omitted (a target). 0 turns the rule off, as after_question_window_enabled: false does.

Whether a reply from confirmation_phrases such as yes ends the caller's turn after min_wait_ms when the Agent's last reply asked a question: false turns the rule off entirely, as an empty list does, and true when omitted.
